Terugbetalingsbeleid

Bij Blokkie willen we dat je blij bent met je aankoop. Ben je toch niet tevreden? Dan kun je je bestelling binnen 30 dagen retourneren.
Herroepingsrecht (14 dagen)
Als consument heb je het wettelijke recht om je aankoop binnen 14 dagen zonder opgave van reden te herroepen. De herroepingstermijn gaat in op de dag nadat je (of een door jou aangewezen derde) de blokkie hebt ontvangen.
Onze retourperiode (30 dagen)
Bovenop het wettelijke herroepingsrecht geven we je in totaal 30 dagen na ontvangst om je bestelling te retourneren.
Voorwaarden voor retour
- De blokkie is onbeschadigd en in de originele staat.
- Je hebt het product alleen uitgeprobeerd zoals dat ook in een winkel zou mogen (tikken tegen je telefoon om de werking te testen is prima).
- Waardevermindering door gebruik dat verder gaat dan nodig om de aard en werking van het product vast te stellen, mag in rekening worden gebracht.
Zo retourneer je
- Mail naar info@blokkie.io met je bestelnummer en de melding dat je wilt retourneren. Je mag hiervoor ook het modelformulier voor herroeping gebruiken, maar dat is niet verplicht.
- Wij sturen je het retouradres en verdere instructies.
- Stuur de blokkie binnen 14 dagen na je retourmelding terug.
Retourkosten: de kosten voor het terugsturen zijn voor jouw rekening.
Terugbetaling
Zodra we je retour hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, betalen we het volledige aankoopbedrag (inclusief de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten, indien van toepassing) terug binnen 14 dagen. We gebruiken hetzelfde betaalmiddel als waarmee je hebt betaald, tenzij anders afgesproken. Er worden geen kosten voor de terugbetaling in rekening gebracht.
Defect of verkeerd product ontvangen?
Klopt er iets niet met je blokkie of heb je het verkeerde product ontvangen? Mail dan naar info@blokkie.io. We lossen het kosteloos voor je op — in dat geval betalen wij ook de retourkosten.

At Blokkie we want you to be happy with your purchase. Not satisfied? You can return your order within 30 days.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period starts the day after you (or a third party designated by you) receive the blokkie.
Our return window (30 days)
On top of the statutory right of withdrawal, we give you a total of 30 days from delivery to return your order.
Return conditions
- The blokkie is undamaged and in its original condition.
- You have only handled the product as you would be allowed to in a shop (tapping it against your phone to test how it works is fine).
- Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the product may be charged.
How to return
- Email info@blokkie.io with your order number, stating that you wish to return. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not required.
- We will send you the return address and further instructions.
- Return the blokkie within 14 days of your return notice.
Return costs: the cost of returning the item is at your own expense.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the full purchase amount (including the original shipping cost, where applicable) within 14 days. We use the same payment method you used to pay, unless agreed otherwise. No fees are charged for the refund.
Faulty or wrong product?
If something is wrong with your blokkie or you received the wrong product, email info@blokkie.io. We will resolve it free of charge — in that case we also cover the return costs.
